Mushroom Hakka Noodle
Mushroom Hakka Noodles is really a treat for mushroom lovers. Loaded with iron and fibre and low in carbohydrates, this hearty and healthy dish makes a full meal, if the mushrooms are tossed with ½ cup of boiled whole wheat noodles.

  • Hakka noodles – 1pack
  • Mushroom 1pack
  • Vegetables your choice – ½cup
  • Onion 1chopped
  • Ginger garlic chopped – 1tsp
  • Salt and pepper as per taste –
  • Soy sauce and tomato sauce – ½tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  1. Boil water and add salt and oil 1 tsp and turn off and add hakka noodles and close lid and wait for 10 mins and drain out
  2. In pan add oil and Ginger garlic and sauté well
  3. Now add onion, and other vegetable sauté well
  4. Now add mushroom add sugar then sauté well
  5. Now add salt and pepper and mix well
  6. Now add both sauce and mix well
  7. Now add Cooked noodles and mix gradually.
  8. Mushroom Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
