  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Shallots(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
  • garlic - 4 nos

  • Tomato - 1 no
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
  • Cinnamon(a small piece, Patta) -
  • Basmati rice - 1.5 Cups

Instructions
  1. Grind green chilly, cloves, cinnamon, shallots and garlic in a mixie and keep it aside.
  2. Slice the onion and tomato. 3)In a pressure cooker, saute onion and tomato in oil. Add required salt. 4)Add the previously ground mixture and saute again. 5)Once sauted, add rice and mushrooms.
  3. Pour in half cup of coconut milk.
  4. Pour in water as needed to cook the whole mix in pressure cooker.
  5. Leave three whistles in cooker and yummy mushroom rice would be ready. 9)Serve it hot with curd and vegetable salads and pickle.
