  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes(peeled, boiled and cut in cubes, medium) - 2 nos
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
  • Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mussel salad, cook the mussels in salt water. Drain the water, allow the mussels to cool and chop them.
  2. In a bowl, add in musssels, mayonnaise, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, lime juice, sesame seeds, pepper and salt. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge.
  3. Mussel salad is ready. Serve cold.
