  • Onion(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Fish masala powder - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 springs
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
  • Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mussels dry with tomatoes, heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add in garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute till it becomes light brown.
  3. Then add in chilly powder, fish masala powder and turmeric powder. Saute well.
  4. Saute in the tomatoes for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Then add in the mussels with a little water and allow it to cook.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. When the water evaporates, remove it from the flame.
  7. Mussels dry with tomatoes is ready. Serve hot.
