Muttai Veechu Parota
This is very famous in tamil nadu. This is special recipe in all street side hotels. This is very tasty parota. We see more variety in parota but this is some special and rich with egg stuffing in veech of flour. This veechu parota is very easy.

  • Maida – 1cup
  • Oil ¼cup
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • water required –
For stuffing:
  • Egg 5
  • Onion(chopped) – 1
  • Green chili – 2chopped
  • Curry leaves and Coriander – 1tsp
  • Pepper(to sprinkle) –
  1. In bowl add maida, salt, 4 tsp oil
  2. Now mix all and add little by little water and make soft dough and again add oil and apply rest for 2-4 hours
  3. Now divide equal portion and add remaining oil and soak it for 10 mins
  4. Now roll thin with roll pin and is have practice like rotate with hands or expand very thin refer pic
  5. Now heat tawa and transfer veech in tawa in low flame
  6. Now in bowl add egg and beat it well and add stuff ingredient and get ready to pour in veech
  7. Now it cooked half in one side and turn other side of veechu and pour egg mixture half cooked place. refer pic
  8. Now fold like triangle shape cook
  9. Now turn other side and grease oil and cook well both sides
  10. Muttai Veechu Parota is ready to serve with chicken kurma.
