Instructions
  1. For preparing mutton potato cutlet, add salt and red chilly to the grated potato. Keep it aside.
  2. Cook the mutton in salt water and drain it.
  3. In a bowl add pepper, mayonnaise, spring onions and cooked mutton. Mix well.
  4. Make small balls out of the grated potato and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with the mutton filling and roll it again into a ball.
  5. Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
  6. Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  7. Fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
  8. Mutton potato cutlet is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
