  • Mutton ribs(cleaned) – 250g
  • Sliced spring onion 1tbsp
  • Ginger(finely sliced) – 1inch
  • Light soy sauce – 2tbsp
  • Dark soy –
  1. For preparing mutton ribs with soy, boil the water, add the mutton ribs, spring onion and ginger.
  2. Add soy sauce, star anise and sugar. Cover it and allow it to simmer till done.
  3. Mutton ribs with soy is ready. Serve hot.
