  • Boneless Mutton(chopped) - 1/2 kg
  • garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Spring onions(sliced) - 3 nos
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Rice wine - 2 tbsp
  • Chinese five(spice powder - 1 tbsp) -
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Mutton stock - 125 ml
  • Carrot(chopped) - 100 g
  • Green peas(cooked) - 1/2 cup
  • Potato(peeled and cubed) - 1/2 cup
  • Bean sprouts - 200 g
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mutton with vegetables, heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Fry garlic and spring onions on low flame for 1 minute.
  3. Mix together corn flour and rice wine in a bowl. Add the mixture to the pan and stir it for 1 minute.
  4. Add the mutton pieces, five-spice powder, ginger and mutton stock. Allow it to cook.
  5. Then add the carrot, potato, green peas and bean sprouts with required water. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Toss in the green peas and mix it well. Remove it from the flame.
  7. Mutton with vegetables is ready.
