Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a clay pot and sautT mustard and fenugreek seeds in it.
  2. Add onion and garlic and sautT well.
  3. Mix in the tomato, green chilly and stir well.
  4. Add 1 tsp chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Pour water as required and mix in the mackerel pieces and remaining chilly powder.
  6. Add tamarind water, stir again and let it boil till the fish gets well cooked.
  7. Mix in the curry leaves and take it from flame.
  8. Serve it.
