Ingredients
  • Allpurpose flour(maida) – 1cup
  • Semolina(Rava/Sooji) – 1cup
  • Thymol(Ajwain) – 1tsp
  • Beaten curd – 2tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Ghee or oil 2tbsp
Instructions
  1. Mix the flour, rava, ajwain and salt together.
  2. Add the beaten curd and enough warm water and knead into a stiff dough.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and roll the ball into a thick circle. Cut them into squares.
  4. Deep fry these squares and remove when light brown in colour.
  5. Drain thoroughly and leave it to cool.
  6. :- Store in air-tight containers.
