Made from lemon juice and grated coconut

  1. Roast the green chillies.
  2. Grind it with grated coconut, mustard seeds and salt to a paste like chutney.
  3. Add the lemon juice squeezed out of lemon to that.
  4. Heat a little oil in another pan.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds.
  6. Switch off the burner and add the seasoning to the chutney.
  7. :-Nimbe Gojju or Lemon chutney is ready to be served with hot rice and chapatis and dosa.
