North Indian Paalak Paneer
Dish made with Paalak(Spinach) and Paneer(White cheese/Indian cheese)

  1. Chop spinach very fine.
  2. Add 1/4 cup water and soda bicarbonate and cook till done.
  3. Blend into liquidiser and keep aside.
  4. Cut paneer into 1 inch pieces and deep fry and keep aside.
  5. Fry cut onion, ginger and chillies in ghee.
  6. Add turmeric powder, while frying.
  7. Add the paalak, paneer and salt.
  8. Cook for about 5 – 10 mins.
  9. Garnish with fresh cream.
  10. :- Serve HOT.
