Chicken with the colour and flavour of coriander and mint leaves

  1. Wash chicken throughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper and salt.
  4. Cover and cook on a low flame, till chicken is tender.
  5. Grind together mint leaves, curd, coriander leaves, garam masala and green chillies.
  6. Add the above paste into the chicken.
  7. Cook on a high flame, till the water dries up and oil starts to clear on the sides of the pan.
  8. Add water to make a little gravy.
  9. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
  10. :- Serve with rice or parathas.
