Nutty Coffee Souffle

  • Strong black coffee powder 2cups
  • Castor sugar 200g
  • Gelatin(soaked in 1/4 cup hot water) – 30g
  • Walnuts(peeled and chopped) – 200g
  • Fresh cream 2 1/2cup
  • Eggs(separated and beaten) – 6nos
  1. For preparing nutty coffee soufflT, mix together the egg yolks with coffee and sugar till well blended in a bowl.
  2. Place the yolk bowl in hot water and mix till the mixture is thick and creamy. Let it cool.
  3. Then mix in the cream, gelatin, coffee powder mixture and 3/4 this of the walnuts.
  4. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
  5. Then pour the mixture in a shallow dish, garnish with the leftover walnuts, chill thoroughly.
  6. Nutty coffee soufflT is ready. Serve chilled.
