Olive Chicken(Oven Cooked)
Easy to cook, healthy and tasty oven cooked Olive chicken

  • Chicken breast/leg(medium pieces) – 4pcs
  • Olive oil Extra Virgin – 50ml
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Pepper – 2tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tbsp
  • Green chillies(chopped small Optional marination, if you prefer it more spicy) – 5nos
Vegetables (chopped into big pieces):
  1. Marinate the chicken skinout with the above spices.
  2. Keep it in the freezer to get it well marinated and fast.
  3. After 20 minutes, before the meat get frozen, take this out and mix with the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the olive oil adequately to have the pieces soaked in.
  5. Fully wrap it in an aluminium foil to contain the juices and keep in the oven for 25 mins at 220 degrees.
  6. Check the cooking level and turn the pieces to otherside down, if required in your oven for another 15 mins.
  7. :- This check is to ensure the lipsmacking and healthy olive chicken is in a taste of your own.
  8. :- Keeping it in freezer will reduce the cooking time. If time permits, you could keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Take care that the pieces are not frozen or clubbed together! So, its very simple and easy to make it in 1 hour. This serves 4 but sometimes, good enough for a single person as well!
