Instructions
  1. For preparing omelet with pork filling, first fry the pork in a frying pan by adding butter and shred it.
  2. Take a bowl, add in the shredded pork, onions and cheese. Keep the filling aside.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in another bowl.
  4. In the same pan heat a little more butter.
  5. Pour in egg mixture and when it begins to thicken around the edges then reduce the heat. Cover and cook it.
  6. Remove the cover and increase the flame to brown the bottom.
  7. Place filling on 1/2 of the omelet.
  8. Loosen all the edges carefully. Fold the omelet in half and remove from the flame.
  9. Omelet with pork filling is ready. Serve immediately.
