  1. First grind red chillies & garlic to a fine paste.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon of water & mix well.
  3. Deep brinjal pieces in the chili garlic paste & deep fry and Keep aside.
  4. Mix chick pea flour (kadalai mavu) with red chili powder, salt & water to make a paste.
  5. Deep onion in the paste & fry.
  6. Mix fried onions, brinjals & curry leaves to serve.
  7. :- This will be a very simple & tasty side dish for your meal.
