Instructions
  1. )For preparing oyster fougath, heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add in the curry leaves.
  3. Then add in the oysters, turmeric powder, onion, water, green chillies, salt and grated coconut. Mix well, add required water and cook it on low flame with the lid.
  4. Oyster fougath is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
