  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing oyster salad, cook the oysters in salt water. Drain the water, allow the oysters to cool and chop them.
  2. In a bowl add in oysters, mayonnaise, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, lime juice, sesame seeds, pepper and salt. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge.
  3. Oysters salad is ready. Serve cold.
