  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 5 nos
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Curry leaves - 2 springs
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs
  • Coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing oyster stew, take a pressure cooker and add oysters, tomatoes, onions, curry leaves, ginger, green chillies, potatoes, cloves, cinnamon and salt water.
  2. Allow the oysters to cook with the lid on.
  3. Open the lid and pour in the coconut milk. Allow it to simmer for some time.
  4. Add in the ghee.
  5. Garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  6. Oyster stew is ready. Serve hot with bread.
