Instructions
  1. For preparing oysters in green gravy, heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Add in the green curry paste and sautT it till a nice smell comes.
  3. Then add the oysters, lime leaves, salt and lemon grass. Saute till the prawns are pink.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and allow the oysters to cook on medium flame.
  5. Stir in the fish sauce, cucumber and basil leaves.
  6. Garnish with the green chillies.
  7. Oysters in green gravy is ready. Serve hot.
