  • Snakegourd(chopped)100gm –
  • coconut powder/scrapped – 1tbsp
  • greenchilly – 2
  • seasoning ingredients –
Instructions
  1. Splutter mustard seeds,add samll onion,red chily,jeerakam,crushed ginger,curry leaves and saute well Add chopped snake gourd,coconut ,greenchilly,turmeric powder and salt. Add a little water(just to cook).Cover with lid and cook for 5-6 mins in medium flame.
