  1. For preparing Palkatti, mix together coconut milk and cow’s milk in a vessel.
  2. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Add sugar and a bit of salt and mix well.
  4. Stir, till it thickens.
  5. Add vanilla essence to a drop of water and mix the same with the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel.
  7. Cut Palkatti into shapes as desired.
