Ingredients
  • Fish : 150 gm (fillet / cut into half) –
For frying:
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
  • Rice powder : 1 tsp –
  • Onion : ½ of 1 (chopped) –
  • Green chillies : 2 nos (chopped) –
  • Butter : 1 tsp –
  • Salt : as reqd –
Instructions
  1. Clean and dry the fish.2) Mix the ingredients for marinate, salt and apply it on fish.
  2. Keep this marinated for 10 minutes in fridge.4) Remove from fridge and apply the corn flour and rice flour on fish.
  3. In a grill pan, add a tbsp of oil.6) Fry the fish both sides till done. Keep this aside.
  4. In the grill pan, add a tsp of butter. Sauté onion, green chillies till brown.
  5. Spread this over the fried fish and serve hot.
