Paneer Bakra - Paneer Bakra is a classic North Indian starter mostly famous in Classic five star hotels. This can play as an exotic starter during party time. This is a simple and tasty starter prepared within minutes. The combination of paneer and aloo will be an extraordinary one to taste. The mashed potatoes are mixed with coriander leaves, chilli paste and salt. This mixture is applied in paneer slices, dipped in cornflour mixture and deeply fried in oil.

Instructions
  1. Cut paneer in thin slice with rectangular shape
  2. Now in bowl add rest ingredients mix well
  3. Now take little mixture and stuff with paneer slice
  4. Now close with other slice
  5. Now add corn flour and coriander with little water mix well and dip in that
  6. Now shallow fry or deep fry and fry both side and remove
  7. Paneer Bakra is ready to serve
