Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer in spinach gravy, heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Add in cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put in tomatoes and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well and add the spinach leaves. Cook for some time and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.
  4. Once cool, grind the spinach mixture with a little water till it becomes a puree.
  5. In the same deep frying pan add the spinach puree, butter, chilly powder, paneer, sugar, milk, salt and a little water. Mix it well.
  6. Allow it to cook for in low flame.
  7. Remove it from the flame once done.
  8. Paneer in spinach gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
