  1. Shallow fry paneer cubes in oil. Keep aside.
  2. Grind ginger, green chilli with tomatoes and keep aside.
  3. Grind the almond and cashew to a fine paste and keep aside. Heat oilin a Kadai / Wok. Add the cumin seeds followed by tomato paste and fry until the oil starts to come out of the masala.
  4. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and almond-cashew paste and fry well until you see the rich tomato paste. Add salt and garam masala and the cubed paneer.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves. :-Enjoy. Serve with rotis or rice.
