Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer recipe, boil milk well.
  2. Stir in the juice of 1 lime and stir it continuously.
  3. When the milk curdles, strain it through a muslin cloth.
  4. Squeeze out the excess water and put a weight on top of it to flatten it.
  5. After some time cut into cubes.
  6. Paneer is ready to be used in any preparation.
