Instructions
  1. For preparing pappad fougath, first break the pappad into small bits.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the broken bits of pappad. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in another vessel, fry the smashed dry red chillies and smashed shallots well.
  4. Remove the vessel from flame and toss in the fried pappad bits. Mix it well(add salt if required).
  5. Pappad fougath is ready.
