Pattanam Pakoda
It is also called Patnam Pakora. It is a very tasty, crispy outside and soft inside snack.

Ingredients
  • Rice flour – 1 1/2cup
  • Roasted gram – 1/ 2cup
  • Besan flour – 2tblsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili – 2
  • Curry leaves(little) –
  • Coriander(little) –
  • Red chili powder – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(taste) –
  • cooking salt 1/4tsp
  • Ghee 2tblsp
  • Oil(for frying) –
  • Ginger chopped or curshed – 1tsp
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, salt and curry and coriander leaves. mix well
  2. In other bowl add all powders and add ghee, mix well
  3. Now mix both mixture together and mix well roughly
  4. Add little water, make dough and make small balls
  5. Deep fry with oil and drain out
  6. Now crispy and soft Pattanam pakoda ready
