Ingredients
  • Potato(cut into small cubes) – 6pieces
  • Cabbage(finely chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Carrot(cut into pieces) – 1/2cup
  • Green peas 1/2cup
  • Onion(finely cut) – 4pieces
  • Tomato(finely chopped) – 3/4cup
  • Lemon – 1/2piece
  • Coriander leaves(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Boil the vegetables & mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add the onions and continue fry till the colour became brown
  4. Add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add the pav-bhaji masala, red chili pwd & tomatoes.
  6. Stir constantly and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add the vegetables and continue frying.
  8. Add salt & water.
  9. Take butter in a pan and heat. Pour into pav bhaji.
  10. Garnish the bhaji with the coriander leaves.
  11. Add lemon juice.
  12. :-serve hot.
