  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves. Saute it.
  2. Add chopped onion and chopped bitter gourd with a pinch of salt and saute it well until the bitter gourd is cooked.
  3. Then add the boiled green gram and mix it well. Grind coconut, garlic, turmeric and green chillies together and add it to the above mixture.
  4. Mix well. Put the flame low and close the pan with a lid for 2 seconds. A nutritious dish is ready! Serve with hot rice.
