this is different. i tried it come out well. this is good in taste and yummy to. peanut good for all

Ingredients
  • Peanut – 1cup
  • Shallots – 15nos
  • Tomato 2
  • Brinjal 5
  • garlic 6
  • Curry leave(little) –
  • Coconut paste – ½cup
  • Kuzhambu chilli powder 2tsp
  • Tamarind 1cup
  • To temper –
  • Mustard – 1tsp
  • Jeera(– ½ tsp) –
  • Fenugreek – ¼tsp
  • Vadagam – 1tsp
  • Oil 2tblsp
Instructions
  1. Soak overnight peanut and boil and keep aside
  2. In pan add oil temper all in tables
  3. Add shallots and garlic and curry leaves saute well
  4. Add tomato and brinjal and cook for 5 mins
  5. Now add peanut add salt chilli powder and turmeric mix well
  6. Add tamarind water bring to boil
  7. Now add coconut paste and little water boil for few mins
  8. Turn off now it’s ready to serve peanut curry.
