  1. boil the peanut by adding water and salt
  2. grate the carrot, beetroot and chop the garlic, capsicum and onion, tomato
  3. in a pan heat the oil and temper the garlic
  4. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  5. add tomato and mix well
  6. add capsicum and mix it
  7. add grated carrot and beet root and mix well
  8. add salt and red chili powder and mix it
  9. now add peanut and black pepper flakes and mix it
  10. garnish with the grated coconut. peanut masala is ready
