A tea-time snack made with Peanuts(Nelakadala)

Ingredients
  • Raw peanuts(Nelakadala) – 250gm
  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) – 1cup
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala powder(A pinch) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Curry leaves(A few) –
  • Oil for frying –
Instructions
  1. Mix together the gram flour, maida, chilly powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and salt along with water to make a batter.
  2. Add the peanuts into the batter and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Put the batter coated peanuts into it.
  5. :- See to that the peanuts do not stick to each other while you do so.
  6. Remove from the oil when it is duly fried.
