For preparing pepper prawns, take a bowl and mix in pepper, salt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and lime juice with a little water if required.
2)Allow the prawns to marinate in the above mixture overnight(keep the remaining marinade. Do not throw it away).
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the prawns on both the sides till golden brown in colour.
4)Remove it and keep it aside.
