  • For preparing peppery duck recipe, first heat oil in a pressure cooker and stir in turmeric, pepper powder and required salt.
  • When you feel a nice aroma coming, add duck pieces, vinegar and curry leaves.
  • Mix well in low heat so that the duck pieces are well coated with pepper and salt.
  • Now add cubed potatoes and half cup of water.
  • Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and remove from fire.
  • A tasty and traditional peppery duck recipe, is ready. Serve hot with rice, chappathi etc.
