For the base:

  • Cream 2cups
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Brown chocolate(grated) –
  • Pineapple(peeled and finely sliced) –
  1. For preparing base of pineapple desert, first whip the sugar and eggs till the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Slowly fold in the maida avoiding lumps. Pour the batter in a greased baking tin and allow it to bake at 200 degrees celsius. Allow it to cool completely and cut horizontal manner.
  3. For the filling: 3)Whip the cream and slowly add in the sugar. Whip till the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add in the chopped pieces of pineapple and mix it.
  5. Take one half of the base and spread the pineapple cream mixture and cover it with the other half.
  6. For the topping: 6)Whip the cream with sugar till it dissolves and spread it on the top and around the sides.
  7. Arrange the sliced pineapple on top of it and garnish with grated chocolate.
  8. Pineapple desert is ready.
