Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple eggnog, whip the egg white with salt.
  2. Blend egg yolks and sugar together till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add in pineapple and lemon juice and blend it again.
  4. Pour it in the stiffly beaten egg white and the cream.
  5. Pineapple eggnog is ready. Serve and pour over crushed ice.
