  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • garlic(crushed) - 1 clove
  • Fresh root ginger(finely chopped) - 5cm piece

  • Canned pineapple - 1 can
  • Dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions(chopped) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple stir-fried beef, mix the strips of beef in the corn flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the beef pieces on low flame till tender. Remove it and keep it aside.
  3. In the same oil and fry garlic, ginger and onions until it becomes transparent.
  4. Add the canned pineapple with their juice.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, pepper and the fried beef into the vessel.
  6. Toss in the spring onion and mix it well.
  7. Pineapple stir-fried beef is ready. Serve with plain rice or noodles.
