Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple stir-fried duck, mix the strips of duck in the corn flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the duck pieces on low flame till tender. Remove it and keep it aside.
  3. In the same oil and fry garlic, ginger and onions until it becomes transparent.
  4. Add the canned pineapple with their juice.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, pepper and the fried duck into the vessel.
  6. Toss in the spring onion and mix it well.
  7. Pineapple stir-fried duck is ready. Serve with plain rice or noodles.
