  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • garlic(crushed) - 1 clove
  • Fresh root ginger(finely chopped) - 5cm piece

  • Dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing pineapple stir-fried pork, mix the strips of pork in the corn flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the pork pieces on low flame till tender. Remove it and keep it aside.
  3. In the same oil and fry garlic, ginger and onions until it becomes transparent.
  4. Add the canned pineapple with their juice.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, pepper and the fried pork into the vessel.
  6. Toss in the spring onion and mix it well.
  7. Pineapple stir-fried pork is ready. Serve with plain rice or noodles.
