  • Egg yolks – 2nos
  • Sugar 25gm
  • Boiled milk 100ml
  • Gelatin – 2tsp
  • Fresh cream 200gm
  • Pista ice cream 70gm
  • Egg whites – 2nos
  • Sugar(As reqd) –
  1. Mix together egg yolk, sugar and boiled milk and add the double boiled gelatin.
  2. Add fresh cream and pista ice cream.
  3. Beat the egg and sugar together till it becomes fluffy.
  4. Add it to the above mixture.
  5. Keep in freezer for 1/2 hr or until it becomes set.
  6. Garnish with pistachios and cream.
