Instructions
  1. For preparing poached apple in red wine, in a vessel boil in red wine, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, lemon zest and ripe vanilla.
  2. After it boils, toss in the apples and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then remove the apples and keep it aside.
  4. Allow the remaining wine mixture to boil with butter till it becomes half the quantity.
  5. Remove it from the flame.
  6. Poached apples are ready. Place the apples in each bowl, pour the red wine syrup over each apple and serve.
