  • Chicken(Remove skin and chop into pieces. Wash it and keep it aside) – 1kg
  • Mustard seeds(Few) –
  • Curry leaves(Few) –
  • Red onion(diced) – 1no
  • Tomato(chopped) – 1no
  • Baba meat masala – 1tbsp
TO marinate the chicken overnight or for 2 hours(crush or make fine paste):
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with prepared masala paste and keep overnight in fridge or keep aside for 2 hours. Meanwhile, add 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add mustard seeds and then add curry leaves.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry in slow heat for a minute.
  4. Add 1 glass of water, red onions and 1 diced tomato and fry for 10 minutes in slow heat. 5)Add 1 tbsp of Baba meat masala and the marinated chicken with 1 glass of water.
  5. Cook the chicken in a closed vessel for 20 minutes in slow heat.
  6. Then add fresh coriander and cook it for 10 mins in medium heat till a semi gravy consistency is reached.
  7. Serve the dish with roti and rice.
