  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
  • Pomegranate skin/shell(As reqd) -
  • Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Fresh green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
  • Cooked rice - 500 g
  • Peanuts(roasted) - 4 tbsp
  • Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
  • Lime juice - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing pomegranate chicken fried rice, heat the oil in a vessel and sautT the onions with green chillies for 5 minutes until the onions become transparent.
  2. Add the strips of chicken and chicken masala. SautT till it becomes brown in colour on low flame.
  3. Toss in the rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add the pomegranate, salt, peanuts and soy sauce. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
  6. Pomegranate chicken fried rice is ready. Serve hot in pineapple skin/shell.
