  • Sake - 360 ml
  • Ponzo sauce(lemon flavour) - 1.3 litre
  • Bonito flakes - 25 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing ponzo dipping sauce, heat the mirin and kikoman sauce together.
  2. Add in sake, ponzo sauce, bonito flakes and combu. Allow it to simmer until the mixture thickens.
  3. Ponzo dipping sauce is ready. Serve in individual bowls for each person to dip their meat and vegetables in.
