Ingredients
  • Paneer : 50 gm (grated) –
  • Bread Slice :4 nos ( Brown Bread) –
  • Capsicum : 1/4 cup (cut into small pieces) –
  • Chopped Onion : 1/4 cup –
  • Coriander : ¼ cup chopped –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Oil : 2 tsp –
  • Chat Masala : 1 pinch –
  • Garam masala : 1 pinch –
  • chilly powder 1 tsp –
  • Coriander powder : ½ tsp –
  • Pepper powder : ½ tsp –
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp –
Instructions
  1. Set all the ingredients ready.
  2. Enter Step
  3. Mix all the ingredients. Dip bread slices in a cup of water for 2 seconds and squeeze bread slices between palms. Then place the mixture in the bread.
  4. The wetness in the bread would suffice to pocket it, else apply the corn flour paste to cover the opening.
  5. Heat a tawa / pan and add little oil on it and fry till both sides are cooked.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
