Instructions
  1. For preparing pork and rice puree, take a vessel and add in pork, water and salt. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  2. In the same vessel add rice, tomato, onion, garlic and cumin powder. Cook till everything is cooked well.
  3. Blend everything till smooth. Add water if required.
  4. Pork and rice puree is ready. Serve when warm.
  5. Note: 1)The two minerals which are present in pork are iron and magnesium.
  6. Pork is good for skin, eyes, nervous system, bones and mental performance.
