Instructions
  1. For preparing pork dumplings, cook the pork in a pressure cooker with water, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Drain the water and shred the pork. Allow it to cool.
  3. In a bowl mix in shredded pork, gram flour, soda bicarb, rice flour, maida, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and required water. Make it into a semi loose batter and keep it aside for 3 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Put spoonful of the batter into the oil. Fry till it becomes brown on all sides.
  5. Pork dumplings are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
